Welcome to the Bethel Assembly Young Adults website. We are excited you are part of this growing ministry. We are focused on getting together to have fun and enjoy Christian fellowship. Additionally, we have recurring Sunday School @ 9:30am at the church as well as Bible Study @ 7pm on Wed at the church.

June Event: Fun & Sun Day @ Lifetime Fitness in Columbia
Some weekend in June, we'll be having a "Fun & Sun" Day at Lifetime Fitness in Columbia. We plan on meeting there for fun athletic and water activities and then going to our house to eat.
Young Adult Greeters Needed
Would you mind staying after church for ~ 15min once a month to be a greeter for the Young Adult Ministry? We plan on getting this going this summer so email me (bluefox78@yahoo.com) and Samantha and I will let you know the details.

Urban Outreach in DC
Urban Outreach ministers to DC residents who are looking for answers to the issues of life . Currently, two of our own (Lauren Harvey and Ruth Hemler) assist them Thursday nights by teaching and ministering to the boys & girls that come with their parents to the evening service.
We are soliciting volunteers to assist this ministry to provide hope and healing to those who may not know about God's never-ending grace and the hope through Jesus Christ.

Sun Morning Sunday School (9:30am)
Samantha is leading a study on John 3:16 by Max Lucado. Come on; get out of bed! You will learn about the core Christian foundational truth and will help you be more confident in your faith to reach out to others.
Wed Night Bible Study @ Church (7pm)
As posted last month, Justin Churchwell is revamping your Wed night Bible Study. I went to one and it is very good. Here's a gist:
A 4-part, 8-12 week study on 'A Sacred Sorrow' by Michael Card with each part centering around personalities in the Bible who came closer to God through their lament, from Job to David to Jeremiah and, finally, to Jesus.
