Bethel's Worship Ministry

MY SEVEN STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

1) Provide a prayerfully considered and mistake-free set of praise and worship music for each church service

2) Be sensitive to, and flow with the manifest presence of God and the spontaneous response of the congregation in each worship service

3) Continually add new praise and worship songs to the church's repertoire

4) Preserve our rich heritage of hymns by incorporating them into the praise and worship service

5) Encourage and empower the praise and worship musicians to express themselves fully and freely on their instruments

6) Raise up and mentor praise and worship musicians to be worship leaders, and when they can lead worship, encourage them to mentor others to be worship leaders

7) Establish and maintain open dialog with the pastor concerning corporate worship and the flow of each church service.
