Joy Hemler - Children's Pastor

Pastor Joy was born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. She spent her teen years in West Africa as a missionary kid. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Millersville University. After teaching for many years Joy accepted God's call in 1999 to full-time children's ministry.

She and her husband Pat share a passion for teaching and encouraging KIDS and their families to live holy, righteous lives by the Power of the Holy Spirit. They also share a desire to encourage and train future and current KIDS leaders for the work of the Lord. Pastor Joy is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God. She married Pat, the love of her life, in June 1986. They enjoy sharing in the vibrant lives of their three young adult children.
